As managing director of the Florida Division, Alina is responsible for the overall performance of our 13 Florida insurance agencies. Through her 30 + years of experience with personal lines Insurance and Insurance Agency management, Alina possesses the ability to manage both the day to day operations, as well as seeing the overall picture. In this role, Alina sees her primary duty as supporting and coaching agents and office managers in utilizing best practices. Her no nonsense attitude provides the ability to both set goals and hold the staff accountable to those goals.

 

Previously to her current role as Managing Director of our Florida Division, Alina held the title of Manager of Banker’s Alliance Insurance Agency (an agency acquired by Reliance in 2013) where she began working in 2007.  She has continued to increase sales year over year since that acquisition took place, while also maintaining a pristine book of records with a focus on both Carrier and Client needs. Prior to that, Alina worked in Underwriting for Nu Main of Florida, an MGA for Legion Insurance Co.  Preceding that, she had worked for Public Assurance Group, a large MGA based in Hollywood, FL. Her career began working in her family’s insurance agency.
