Reliance Acquires Insurance Agencies Across Florida

Reliance Global Holdings ("Reliance") is pleased to announce that it has acquired a group of insurance agencies with multiple office locations across the state of Florida and nearly $50 million in written premium.  The acquisitions add to Reliance's retail insurance offices in the state which include Florida Chartered Insurance Group in Altamonte Springs, Gallo Insurance in Palm Beach Gardens and Bankers Alliance Insurance Group in Port St. Lucie.
