As executive vice president, Dovi Berger is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending new investment opportunities on behalf of Reliance Global Holdings. Mr. Berger’s role includes determining optimal capital structure and financing, as well as negotiating and drafting letters of intent, joint venture agreements, and sales agreements for dispositions and acquisitions that Reliance participates in. Mr. Berger works with banks and institutional lenders to obtain financing, and customizes partnership structures that meet investors’ needs. Mr. Berger also coordinates the due diligence and underwriting processes.

As an attorney and CPA, Mr. Berger’s background is uniquely suited for this position. He is well-versed in accounting procedures and analyzing financial statements, and his experience in securities fraud litigation aids in reviewing opportunities and performing due diligence.

In addition to being an Executive VP at Reliance Global, Dovi is a professor at Touro College where he lectures on finance, accounting, tax and law. Prior to his employment at Reliance Global, Dovi was General Counsel and VP of Finance at Edison Home Health Care and an associate at Pomeratz LLP, in their securities fraud practice.
