General Counsel

Esther Ovadia represents Reliance in her capacity as General Counsel. Her characteristic work ethic and diligence provide the perfect backdrop for her position. As General Counsel, Esther serves as the key lawyer on all of Reliance’s business transactions including acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Esther ensures that Reliance and its associated divisions are in compliance with the different applicable regulations and deals with any legal claims concerning Reliance or any of its subsidiaries. Esther also oversees the selection, retention, management and evaluation of all outside counsel. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law.
