As Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions at Reliance Global Holdings, Simcha Podolsky currently manages the company’s real estate investments. His position includes identifying, analyzing and acquiring real estate opportunities overseeing every aspect of the deal from initial research to closing. His extensive management experience enables Mr. Podolsky to asses each real estate opportunity from both an investment and management viewpoint ensuring that a solid business plan is achieved with each deal. Additionally, he is involved in disposition of assets. His attention to detail and astuteness allows him to invest wisely, and positively impact the company. In the past, Mr. Podolsky completed a rigorous real estate field training program under Efficient Property Management (EPM) and served with them as a regional manager. By overseeing more than 25 properties in 4 states that included over 2,500 apartments, he acquired hands-on experience. In addition to his property management experience, Mr. Podolsky is also certified in Forex, Options Trading, Equity Trading, and Stocks and Bonds, and has day traded with leveraged liquidity of close to $100 million.
